I can say the hybrid fulvia did not work well for me at all for 3A. In theroy they should be decent for 3A but i can’t bind them with short strings.
My top 3A sets that i have are
Dunk Rebounds
Slam Dunks
DD assassins (Seems odd, but i have great luck with them for 3A.)
Plastic Peaks aren’t bad either for a plastic setup.

I would recommend using these in your weaker hand to get comfortable throwing them and see which one feels the best and is easiest to bind for you using opposite hands for everything.

Since you have two yoyos that are roughly polycarbonate (ROOC and SHXX), use these two for 3A can be an option.
There are people saying that polycarbonate yoyos suck at 3A, but I personally find it acceptable, and the good thing about polycarbonate is that they’re immune to contact damage.

I agree, polycarbonate yo-yos are good for 3A. I’d rather use them over any metal yoyo.

Good metal 3A throws are still better 
between a mono metal pair and a hybrid pc pair I’d go for the latter
