Hey I recently bought a One Drop Burnside yoyo. The yoyo is awesome, but I have a quick question about it. After playing with it for a really long time, sometimes, it gives off a sound like metal scraping together. It is a very high pitched sound. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas of what to do about this.
Hmm… that sounds like an odd issue. It could be how the bearing is seated, or the bearing itself. Maybe lube the bearing?

That happens to me sometimes. It passes. Might be a stray bit of something in the bearing. Or maybe a dry spot.

I blew pressurized air into the bearing and re-lubed it. It works great now, haven’t heard that scratchy sound in a week. Thanks!
