I mean I don’t want to take this thing outside of my house in fear of disturbing the peace it’s so loud. I just got it and been throwing it for about an hour now. It didn’t start off this way. If I keep throwing will the bearing become a little quieter or what? Should I use some thin lube?
You got it. Same thing happened to me. One drop is all it takes. Plus the bearing needs to be broken in.
Northstars are kinda funny. Some are loud, while some aren’t. I would suggest cleaning the bearing, then adding a drop of lube. That usually works. Of course it will be responsive for a few throws while you break it in, but the silence is worth it.
