My Yelets keeps tilting and wont bind.

I’m a huge OneDrop fan. I’m going to share some tips that I have found while using/customizing a OD throw.

If the yoyo is unstable:
Put a centering bearing (KK, Center Trac, etc…)
Add ultra light side effects into the OD yoyo
Depending on the yoyos gap I use certains string (I never use Fat string on the yelets because the small gap cannot handle fat string)

That’s how I fix an unstable OneDrop yoyo.
For maximum spin times/speed I use Anti-Yo hearts or Spikes.

Anyway, I hope that helps out with anyone having problems with an unstable One Drop throw.

Feel free to PM me if you have any questions about side effects because I consider myself fairly knowledgeable about the side effect system!

If you don’t mind me adding. I have found that if you screw the yoyo together by twisting one side then the other slowly, it makes the yoyo much smoother.

Ummm, no one said it was a big no-no, it’s just that his issue was more than likely user induced than a yoyo malfunction. So the answers he got were concise and to the point as far as I can see.

Work on throws
