Okay, this is my first time siliconing/recessing, so tell me what you think! also, I need a paint color/design/picture for this clear FHZ. suggestions are appreciated!

It’s a little rough of a recess and a little wide. For your first time it is a good recess.
Nice job! As far as the paint, its all up to your imagination…and we better see pics of the painting too. ;D
Not too bad for your first time. I’ve seen lots worse. Looks about like my first one on a drill press. lol

Case in point, we get much better with time and practice. It’s all about learning what works and what doesn’t.

For the paint, I’d like to see
1 side red
1 side green
Black around the rims of the caps
Yellow on the inside of the caps.
It’ll be kinda hard to do, but you can put tape on the part of the caps that you don’t want to be painted that color.
