Duncan has a light-up FHZ, and YYE sells the glow sticks a lot of people put on their yoyos. There are also plenty of glow YYF options available.
Sometimes they have them at Chuck are Cheeses as prizes. Seriously, try that, not kidding.
Hubstack Afterglow is the answer. LEDs, glow in the dark, and Hubstacks. The holy trinity. Also unresponsive. Price is right as well.
