Which is the best yoyo that has features like either that can light up or can glow in dark or do both like Hubstack afterglow. But that yoyo should also play good.
that is really a hard question parvarsi because from my experience most people like different things in yoyos. So saying that one is better then the other is just a matter of personal opinion and won’t get you anywhere.
For glow, possibly the YYF Starlite and sOMEThING Crazy D.
For light-up, maybe the light-up Duncan FHZ.
