BBB has always been that way
It’s like, a thing CLYW does.

It’s like, a thing CLYW does.
yup. it wont play better anyway…
mega disagree, pretty colors for sure play better lol
It’s cause you set the alarm on how good the klondike is and now everyone is buying them. I really think you probably helped CLYW a ton. They owe ya one!
Oh well in that case
Guys actually the Klondike sucks, don’t buy it - total trash yoyo. Especially the BBB version, those ones specifically all come with nasty and irreversible vibe, the crunchiest bearings, and smell like sewer out of the box.
Klondike is amazing. Wasn’t even on my radar and picked it up kinda on a whim. It’s my throw of the year for sure
Took my Klondike out of the trash and put a ds bearing in and now it’s playing as it should. Very nice and using a hug emoji for @SR1 since it’s his favorite
Because I believe every single yoyoer should have a Klondike, for my Europeans friends scared of import taxes and similar, habemus Klondike in Europe.
Also available on the amazing 28 stories colourway.
I can’t say the name of the shop cause the forum policy but I can leave an hint.
It is in Austria and the shop is called like a bird, this one
Hello everyone!
I’m somewhat disconnected from the forum, (but I throw every day, as always;)
I wanted to ask you: Having a Grasshopper GTX (OG) and a Draupnir as the only bimetals in my collection…do you think I need to add a Klondike to my collection?
How does the Klondike game compare to these two bimetals?
Thank you:)
Greetings!
I have a GTX and Klondike, haven’t thrown a Draupnir. They’re absolutely different, certainly enough to justify getting a Klondike. I’m not good at comparisons or going into depth though so I’ll let someone else better explain it lol. The GTX (if we’re talking OG and not 2.0) still has more of a hefty feeling on the string, the Klondike being a beefy rimmed yoyo does too, but it’s definitely more maneuverable and easier to push imo. It’s a solid middle ground weight feel, if I had to say. It’s worth every penny that’s really the bottom line
Yes! You should get a Klondike.
Draupnir is outdated now, way faster, and more prone to severe damage due to its tiny axle. Klondike is slower, extremely modern, and built extremely well.
Between your Draupnir and Grasshopper, Klondike would have more similarities with the Grasshopper, but like, still different.
Klondike is super controlled, well-paced, highly performant, and generally just a good yoyo to play with.
Recently I got clear coat Motif and liked it so much that I want to get another anodized one from the new run, probably will go for light blue. This will be my first yoyo which I have decided to get second one. Also I wanted to get Klondike instead of second Motif, but not sure if I will like it, because I’m more into floaty, fun and light throws. Please advice
Klondike floatier than the motif imo.
I am in love with my Klondike. Enough that I almost want to sell a few other throws to get a second. Like… it’s just fun and doing everything I want. Plus the BBB is just so pretty.
I have finally decided to hold on and NOT buy it,for now…
I’m adding it to my pending shopping list
Thanks and greetings to all!
I’ll be going for Tiff mint when YYE drops but mannnn BBB is crushing it! it’s so glossy that it’s really bright when spinning. I’m sure the amount of yellow in my unit helps as well
With that said 28s is my edc today and everyday cuz 28s = love
The Klondike Brethren have gathered here today in our thread to honor and appreciate the beauty that is Zach’s collection
I played one at Nats and it was great, but I wasn’t going to get one. But now with the tiffany, black rims, black engraving?! Hot. I will be trying for it.
And if I snag one I will be making custom plush nylons for her.
see yall on the drop day, tiffany klondike will be mine
