Clean the bearing and don’t put any oil on it. Install it back in the yo-yo. If it’s still responsive then there is another problem. Played dry it should be completely unresponsive.

Alcohol contains water, it WILL rust your bearing.
sorry guys i have been away from the computer i got every thing figured out i even maid my own lube mix with some liter fluid and some thick oil it diluted it down and now my yoyo works great so thanks for the input. Also these kevlar string are not all there cracked up to be they keep breaking at the finger knot the other night i was in my kitchen with my dm2 and i threw it down to do the matrix trick and i threw it pretty hard and when i did the string broke and my dm2 hit the floor and the metal part flew off the center plastic peace it went back together but so far i do not recomend the kevlar strings
