I wonder how much of Jensen’s behavior is influenced by weed. He has the whole stoner look down pat, along with the weird music making and art, and constant online presence (meaning he’s probably not working). I used to smoke daily a few years ago and it really messed with my thoughts, and I can kinda see it in Jensen. If he’s really planning on starting his own company I just really hope he gets off the weed. Weed and business don’t mix (unless you’re in the business of making art/music or weed growing/selling).

I would love for a mod to come through and tell you how you are breaking rules talking about drugs. I am not a mod so I will not act like one. Overall I don’t care. DCS/OUT
I have to agree 200% with TM on this one
personal life and crude thoughts should remain away from “business” (being a role model, representing a company etc…)
I love the art he does with yoyo, I love the artist, but I’m not sure handling his business is really compatible with being rude and offensive to everyone.
the good thing is, having his business should help him becoming more mature and respectful as a person.
He’s an artist, I’m an artist myself, and I totally understand him, I would even say I’d agree with him on a personal level.
but I can’t agree with him being this way all while
- being looked upon as a role model for the kids
- being another person’s company representative
I was exactly the same, and I had to learn this the hard way. I only wish him success and I’m not sure that going about being offensive is the correct way to achieve success. Some diplomacy and manners never hurt anyone.
I’m not “hitting at” Jensen in any way, and regardless of how little respect he’s shown me I continue to wish him nothing but the best and hope he finds his way to some kind of peace.
But I will continue to lock or remove conversation about his actions on other forums I moderate because I simply will not tolerate someone who is willing to physically threaten other yo-yo players in order to “be real”. It’s the tantrum of a child and I want no part of it in my life, nor will I allow him to push his drama on to children who frequent yo-yo forums.
