It starts out like split the atom. split bottom mount, finger under the yoyo, then instead of feeding one string into the yoyo, you thread both. Then you pull, and it loops you finger twice, and ends just as a sleeper.

Sounds like some sort of ripcord variation.
Its essentially just split the atom with one extra wrap.
