And My all time favoriteā¦

I donāt have many achievements as of yet, but I am 2nd in pick your trick at the MA state comp and 3rd sports 11-17 at the YYE throwdown!
Hey my name is jesus anyways, Iām new here i guess haha, well i like yo-yoing like everyone else on this forum, so I guess thatās about it, i donāt know any tricks and i just bought my first yo yo its the yoyofactory one, i only been playing with a yo-yo for about a week and bought one and it came yesterday in the afternoon, its my first real yoyo, hopefully i could learn some pretty nice tricks.
Hello All. My name is Trey, I live in Texas, and I got a Tom Kuhn back in the 90s when Tom Kuhns were the cutting edge. I just bought a yoyo for a friendās 60th b-day and got re-enamored. I still throw the roller woody and the no-jive, but I also got a DV888 and fell in love with non-responsive play. My biggest problem is convincing my wife that I actually NEED all the yoyos I want. Any advice on that would be super helpful. I found the forum by looking for apps, and I am humbled by how much you people know! I really like Eli hops - not because I can do them - but because they look really swanky. Anyway, I look forward to reading what you guys have to say.
I am an older adultā¦53. Mature? I play with yoyos! Iām a mathematics professor and a mountain unicyclist, for what thatās worth. But thanks for the welcome.
Definitely. Iām in my prime. Iāve been reading a lot of the intros. I think there are a few of us in this group who are in our primes. I have three sons who are probably close to the mean age of most of the users. One of them may be seduced by the lure of the yoyo. Time will tell. But itās really nice to hear from a fellow boomer. Again, thanks for the welcome. Iāve really enjoyed the posts so far. I love hearing from passionate and knowledgeable people. Iāve learned a lot just in the little time Iāve been here.
I didnāt even see this when I created the thread ānew guyā, I was looking for a section like this. Iām 29 from Indaina, havenāt picked a yoyo up since2001, was diggin in my moms garage and found a zip lock with old yoyos. I busted it out and eveyone is amazed which honestly Iām terrible but would like to get back into it. Its an activiety I can do indoors and seems to pass the time. I;m working with a very old string right now so Iām afraid to throw it to hard not to mention itās stretched just about as far as possibleā¦
looking for something more modern to throw, YYJ was my favorite in the the past. I see their still around⦠Iād like to find a modern one under $50
this is pretty much a repost but figured Iād add it to the right section
Hello I am Liam i have looked through the threads quite a bit, I am 15 and have been throwing for a little over a year and a half. I am from Canada. My favorite throw is my God Trick Cyclone, but i got the King Yo Star kit yesterday and it comes close. I have about 7 good metal throws and I hope to gain some more over the next few years.
Hey Liam, were you at the ECR? I was there! The guy with the shaved head and pink and black plaid shirt who was gawking at the amazing skills of errbody there.
That K!T is a good throw! I also liked their Prober.
