Hey! Welcome to the forums, you’ll have a great time! On the forums, you talk about anything yoyoing. And I mean ANYTHING. Even non yoyoing stuff. If you need help with anything, like tricks, maintenence, anything, feel free to ask. If you dont mind me asking, what yoyo/ yoyos do you own?
its wonderful here, you cant battle people or have contests, you can ask for advice an anything yoyo so help isnt far away. you can get yoyo recomendations. see some awesome videos posted by fellow yoyoers and even learn tricks on the forum. also buy sell and trade with each other
I think Slade riggs meant CAN battle and have contest. Don’t wanna confuse the new guy.
I think I’ll enjoy the forum since there are some nice people on it.

hey guys, my names Elijah, just starting to get into yoyoing, my new yoyo factory whip should be here in a couple of days and i cant wait to get started. How long would you guys say is a good amount of time to practice each day?
At first, an hour or so. You will probably need to split it up into two 30 minute sessions until you get a callous.
ive tried devil sticks myself but they broke so no more sticks. i pen spin also along with yoyoing and playing piano
Hi all, Im new here, just thought I’d introduce myself. Pretty new to this, have a Dark Magic 2, and am just finishing up the intermediate tricks on the site. I’m sure ill have lots of questions, and I look forward to building up to and whut. Talk to all yuh later.
My name is Rob. I got my first Yo-Yo a green Duncan Imperial in the mid 1980’s followed that with a green Duncan Butterfly. I traded some patches for a Yomega Brain at a Scout event in 1989 and it didn’t leave my side for over a year. I eventually moved on to other hobbies. I had been looking for a new Yomega Brain for a while and finally found one at a skate shop I used to visit. This got me hooked again. I ended up buying a Radier and Fireball saber wing a few weeks later. Unhappy with these I bought a Metal Drifter a few weeks later. This lasted me a good month or so. I was able to land split the atom, atomic bomb, Mach 5 and a few 5A tricks among others with this new throw. I also learned to bind on this yo-yo. I upgraded to a DM2 last week and I absolutely love it.
I have read many threads here and have found a lot of help as well as some great humor.

Hello World i’m Alex. i didn’t know about how fun yoyoing was until my friend showed me it and i’ve been all over it my first yoyo is still yet to come it is called the YYF Whip i’ve been waiting for it about 4 days now and i hope to get it soon. >:(
