Welcome to the forum. I have been throwing my Hertz more than any other yoyo since December and on some days it’s all I throw. It’s bumped a bunch of my yoyos down a notch.

why make the important part wood? it makes more sense to make the hub metal and the rims wood. thats actually why I wanted the mod44, so I could turn some wooden rims instead of 3d print

ah thats true, I was thinking about the bearing seat. plus you could use a really dense wood like lignum vitae or something
