I need your suggestions.

okay, yesterday I did a magic show for Real Estaters and I got paid $50.00 for it and I need your suggestions for a new yo-yo.
I am thinking along the lines of a Offstring yo-yo. I have heard good things about the Aquarious and I was wondering if this is a good Offstring yo-yo, if you have an Aqua or have played with one please tell me how you think it plays. I have heard good things about the Bigyo also and here is a review that was written by Joshua Yee of Team 2Yo.

I have tried all the 4A yoyos and all of them are no match for the bigyo. I mean its like heaven on string. Regens well, no wobble, no snags, easy to catch, no modding required. Really trust me.
You cant go wrong with a big yo.
For beginners, they will love it since it is harder to drop and miss the string.
For advanced players, They will love its grinding ability and its size is very helpful for catching big whips.

I use a big yo in freestyles and its perfect cause since it is easier to catch, you don’t lose it so easily. I like it for grinds, other 4A yoyos don’t grind as well, Only the big ben can grinds similar but the bigben is much smaller.
The big yo also bounces much better than any other 4A yoyo. Pandas fly off once they hit the ground and are a bit to small, aquas can only bounce once, xodus will fly off and hurt someone.
The reason is that many of the other 4A yoyos have rubber rims, Rubber grips more than plastic so impact onto a hard surface will send it flying.
The big yo however, Is made of a tough plastic so when you drop it, it will bounce up and will be very easy to catch again.

The bigyo also comes in some awesome colors. Glow is a popular color. (Yes it glows in the dark). And the newer Orange and Watermelon red are becoming popular as well.

Also, people like that yoyo. If you ever are in public performing or just hanging out and you have your bigyo, people will be like: Oh cool! I big yoyo! its easy to see so people will be seeing far off.
I mean really. Look what you have going for you there:

  1. Its a good yoyo
  2. Its fun to throw
  3. People love it.
  4. YOU WILL LOVE IT.
Honestly. If you tried a big yo, just tried it. You wont be able to put it down.
    Its a 4A player’s heaven.
I have gathered some freestyles of great 4A players using the bigyo.

So awesome!

GET A BIG YO! you cant go wrong!
and I was wondering if anyone can say that this is as good as he says it is.
Also as of recently the YoYoFactory Offstring came to this store and I was wondering if anyone has played with this and can say if this is a good Offstring yo-yo.
I do not want a Flying Panda for Offstring but I have haerd some good things about the Duncan Huyabusa and I was curious if anyone has a review for it or if anyone owns it can give me any advice two how good it is.
well, that’s about all. if I have any left over money then I may buy a new 1A yo-yo but this is unlikely so please don’t say that I should get a 1A yo-yo instead of a 4A yo-yo. All I qwant is a 4A yo-yo so I can get good at offstring.
any help appreciated.

:o That’s a big post you got there! I personally think the Aquarius is an excellent beginner yo-yo. It’s not too big, has rubber edges, and has a small bearing, which plays great. However, the BigYo is another great yo-yo, but I think of it more for the advanced players.

thanks I may buy two since I have $50.00 so if you or somebody else has extra suggestions on like a second best Offstring yo-yo then that would be appreciated also.

I also love my Hayabusa and my Synergized Legacy (for grinding off-string tricks). Now, there is a trick to synergizing a Legacy. They are actually not hard to remove at all. What you do is you place the caps in (to reduce wobble to a minimum) and stick the caps on. To remove them, just get a knife and stick it in the hole. Try to shove it under at an angle, and then pop it out. If you still don’t understand, just PM me. I love the Legacy since it has no showing metal and it has the great feel of a Dark Magic.

well, actually I know how to Synergize a Legacy, in one thread I even posted how to do it.

okay, I am probaly going to buy a Stackless PGM, but I still need a Offstring yo-yo.

Everything besides Air, Food and Water are wants, not needs.
Okay sorry for going off topic, i just had to do that

Im getting a F.A.S.T. Offstring in the mail soon, maybe ill tell you how it plays.

bump! I have now narrowed it down to two yo’s the Hayabusa or the Aqua.
choose.

I say Aqua. Doesn’t matter though
They will both play as good as you need them to. If you can’t choose, go with what you think looks cooler.

anybody else?

I would go with the Aquarius. I know the Hayabusa probably won’t crack, but you’ll have more piece of mind throwing an Aquarius.
