Almost any yoyo you buy above $40 will come unresponsive. That still doesn’t tell us much about your preferences.
I would probably recommend the One Drop x CLYW Summit. Great all-around throw, generally in-stock, haven’t heard anyone disappointed in it.

I find it better to get multiple yoyos than 1 yoyo. It’s much more exciting to get 2 or 3 yoyos at a time than it is to just get one expensive one, in my opinion. I’d recommend maybe a Shutter, YYO Hatchet, and YYO Lava or Musket (When they arrive here), or a YYO Kilter (I own one, and it’s amazing for $30!). Some great stuff for around the $50 price range. I think you’ll be surprised at all the different yoyos you could buy with 150 big ones. 
Do you prefer heavy or light? Floaty or solid? Fast or beefy?
