How to make deep state/deeper state fully unresponsive?

i have clean bearings and thin strings on them and they’re pretty unresponsive but i want to make it as smooth/ non-swaggy on as possible with binds etc. i know the high thin walls make it hard for that but i was hoping i could make it bind better and be unresponsive without messing too much with it.

Put in at least one OD Slim Pad, thats what @sakatuca recommends.

The thin shims and a clean bearing have worked for me on both deep and deeper state
