Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE my Northstar, but some variety would be nice, and I’m really dying to get my first metal (FG Avalanche). After trying my friend’s Genesis it was almost hard to go back to plastic.

When I went to the redondo beach contest last Sunday I was yoyoing and my case was open next to me. This lady walks up and looks at my case, I see her looking and say, that’s $1000 right there, she looks at me and says ( like she’s scolding me)
" don’t you go braging about that!"

I laughed a lot after she left

" don’t you go braging about that!"

Well good thing she didn’t look into my case with over $A-FEW-MORE-K’s in yoyos in it. I ain’t bragging, it’s just stuff I like to take to meets to share with people.

I wore my bag the whole time. A few years ago someone swiped at least two cases so I trust no one at any event I go to. The only time I’ll set my case down in public is if I’ve got my skateboard so I can chuck it at anyone who tries to lift my goods.

Yeah that contest was my first and favorite! I got a KLR, 7075 catalyst, octave 3 delrin, and a classic.
