thank you very much to the people who told me i should try jade whip since i was having a hard time with iron whip!

i can land it pretty well and have done a jadewhip/kwijibo/cold fusion combo now =]

It does not matter the pace you are going as long as you have fun. I finished all the tricks after 3 months of yo-yoing and others finish at a year. All people are not the same. I get a lot of inspiration from different players. At any point you should try to make up your own tricks.

I started back in 2006, and now i’m working on my horizontal combos, some front style combos, and a little bit of moebius, but that advice about skipping the tricks you’re stuck on is truer than true, and never give up either. ;D

Yes because if you don’t move on your frustration may overcome you. But a month later you might look up the tutorial and do it on your first try.

In a way I agree, the frustration can sometimes be overwhelming and cause you to give up. On the other hand if you push yourself your technical skills will increase dramtically.
