How durable is the big dipper?

I purchased a Big Dipper at the YYE Throwdown last night and am really impressed. Better than my expectation for what this throw could be. It seems pretty durable and is quite smooth. My question is has anyone really given this thing some slams onto hard surfaces: floor, pavement, etc and what happened? I slammed it somewhat hard a few times on hardwood floor and still throws smooth. Compared to my replays or yeti, other plastics, this thing seems like the hardest to throw the alignment off. What are your feelings on this?

yoyos will last long if you be careful not to smash them into things. it doesn’t matter what the yoyo is (for the most part), it will last for a long time if you maintain it correctly.

I think it’s pretty durable. I smacked into some concrete and got a small flatspot, (that I can’t seem to find anymore) and absolutely no drop in quality.

Typically, plastics are very durable, in my experience.
