Help with reverse flip

I’m trying to learn the matrix and it says so a reverse flip??? Help me with a reverse flip please

When you’re in the trapeze You put the string on your throwhand up against you NTH pointerfinger, and swing towards your NTH on the inside of your arms- between your arms and your body. Hope this helped! Good luck on learning the trick it is quite fun.

I know Andre is so smooth that it’s easy to miss when he’s demonstrating at full speed (and also, there’s a technique that allows you to short-cut the reverse flip… worry about that much later!) but it’s extremely clear if you check out his tutorial (http://yoyoexpert.com/learn/033-advanced-matrix.html) at 1:42. That’s the reverse flip.
