Then twist.
If that doesn’t work, try putting it in the freezer for a little bit then try. It should shrink the metal ever so slightly to allow for easier turning.
The same thing happened with my trigger and I just had to put some gloves on and twist for a good 5 minutes. Like dynikus said, just grasp it firmly and twist.
