I was never usually a fan of hard H shaped throws until recently.
What are some favorites anyone might have?
If there is already a thread for this, my bad. While throwing many different shapes over the years, just recently have i tried really aggressive H shapes
A few i can think of
OYY Hearse
MFD Pixel Ape
Motion Elevated
That Motion Elevated has definitely interested me. If you like smaller throws, the Motion Parallel is fantastic. It’s the aitchiest throw I have. Surprisingly comfortable in the hand and so incredibly solid feeling. The H shape certainly has its merits. Mind you I only know a handful of tricks, but I can excel at all of them on the Parallel where others will give me startovers. I just imagine the Elevated to have the most ridiculous power on a set of magnetic rails. I could be wrong though, haven’t tried it yet. What say you???
Also not to mention i usually dont eff with bi metals lol. Theyre all boring and the same to me. Its rare i find one i actually like, like the elevated.
Motion elevated is the most stable and long spinning throw I own at that weight range. Very impressive and unique design. It does have a slightly narrower gap width to accomodate those huge rims while keeping the weight down. Plays on the faster side but with better control than most speedy throws
I like shapes like Wish as well. I always call them organicy H shaped. It has that H profile, but with smooth curves. Also kinda like the O/H shapes. Never know what exactly to call them haha. So a lot of shaoes are very reminiscent of H. But straight up AITCH shapes haha are really interesting to me.
CLYW Glacier Express is the first one that comes to mind in terms of an aggressive H. For more modern designs, I can think of W1LD Wilderness and Wildless for monometals.
