I’m thinking about making my own case, particularly for odd-sized throws (oversized and minis). Does anyone have recommendations for what kind/brand of foam to get? Just not sure what to look for. I got some foam cut into pluckable squares, but it’s not the best fit for a lot of stuff I have.

If you can find an auto upholstery shop, they usually have a few different types and sizes and if you’re lucky they might let you pick through their remnants. I got about a yard for something unrelated to yoyo a few years ago and it was about $20 iirc.

Unfortunately last time I sourced it was from Jo Ann Fabrics and well… private equity thought we shouldn’t have that place any more.
