I love it when I get to start these.
I just completed a large trade with @GrimParadigm and I would absolutely do so again!
I listed the custom anodizing Bangarang that I had for trade, hoping that there might be a hero out there with a few of my long time wishlisted yoyos in their collection that were in need of a new home. I had just begun to consider giving up that dream when that very hero of legend sent me a DM.
Now, I was thinking that two, maybe three from my wishlist proper was about the best I could hope for, and that the rest of the trade would be throws that looked interesting. “No, sir,” said the Gods of Skill, Games and Chance “Our champion brings four.”
The beloved Cascade? Check. The long sought after Yelets? Check. The mysterious Hexada? Check. The surprising Aitch? Check four times.
Throughout the trade negotiation (where I worked hard to not jump at the first group picture he sent) @GrimParadigm was a great communicator, and sent multiple angles of the same throw so that I knew exactly what I was getting. There was never any pressure or rush, and he shipped even faster than I did by a couple of hours.
The yoyos themselves arrived well packaged and swaddled in padding, and more importantly, were exactly as described and pictured. I’ll admit that he totally owned me in terms of extras and goodies—not only was there a fistful of Type X string, there was a brand new RCS D20 Counterweight, a Magic YoYo K2 Crystal Plus with pouch, tools, and both bearings, a giant bag of gummy bears (my partner thanks you 
) and…to top it all off… a hand written note.
In short, I’m very happy with our trade and I would not hesitate to trade with him again—in fact, I’d very much look forward to another deal in the future.
