I don’t know if the 2nd one does, I haven’t played it yet but I really want to pick it up on PS4. The 3d element looks interesting. I really like the 1st one, Acrid is my go to.
I just got him on 2! I havnt unlocked anyone else on 1 yet. Im still learning the ropes. I love how its like a sweaty roguelite but the enviornment and music make it feel very chill and relaxed
Nice one! There’s a ton of extras to unlock but I won’t spoil for you! Enjoy the game man!
I got acrid and a couple others. I THINK I made it to the end but maybe picked the wrong option cause I just looped back to the first biome.
I dont wanna spoil anything for you either if you pick of risk of rain 2. They deffinitely have their similarities but its very different too
Yeah, when you get to the temple stage, I think it’s called, you can go back to the start to get more buffs or go onto the final level.
Looking forward to getting RoR2, did it have local co-op?
No local co op for RoR2 unfortunately.
Persona 4 and 5, Zelda: Breath of the wild, Final Fantasty X,Horizon: Zero Dawn, Megaman2
I’ve been playing Hollow Knight again in preparation for (hopefully) soon to be released sequel Hollow Knight: Silk Song.
@FrankieJR I’ve been looking at risk of rain 2 and it seems pretty fun. What do you like about it?
Its pretty awesome if you like roguelikes. I would be happy to elaborate more but im online right now with some ppl playing it
My favorite game series by sheer amount of time played would probably be unreal tournament. As far as a desert island game will have to go back to my younger years and say Sonic 2, something about it just never gets old for me
I use to play unreal tournament 2004 a ton
I used to play that at LAN parties. My friends and I would take turns hosting. We had like 20 regulars. Those games would get intense.
Been playing WoW Classic a fair bit lately - if anyone else plays I’m on Skeram. Also Dragon Quest XI, Smash Bros Ultimate, and Stepmania. Been trying to find a good open world racing game reminiscent of NFS Underground for the Nintendo Switch, but nothing so far.
Baldurs Gate.
I’ve been playing Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition with friends and really enjoying it.
The AoE games are something I always wanted to try, but just never got around too.
Nice!! I used to play stepmania a ton to fill in gaps when I couldn’t play on an actual machine, and reinstalled in a couple weeks ago just for fun. My read speed definitely isn’t what it used to be
Same here! I saw someone post about it on the Facebook BST and I hadn’t played it in over ten years, so I decided to install it. I’ve just been playing on my keyboard though, no foot pad.
I restarted Breath of the Wild recently. Only my second playthrough, but the game is still just as enjoyable as the first.
I got this back out the other day, doing the DLC stuff, but thinking about starting a fresh save
That’s what I did. Trying to work the dlc stuff in while playing through instead of after everything else.
