I have a Dark Magic 2 w/ the unresponsive bearing that came with the yoyo in the package,
and it seems that at different times the yoyo will be loud like Andres is. and other times it will make noise but be noticeably quieter. Why does this happen? and how can i make it so that it stays loud? i like it and it seems to be spinning faster.
Mine’s actually pretty quiet with the stock speed bearing, doesn’t quite sound like a buzz saw like Andre’s. However he is using the hybrid response Darkie in his video.
I don’t mind mine being quiet actually.

yeah thats what I did with mine and it made a huge difference.
Don’t forget to lube it afterwards!
