Do you have the CLYW Campfire? The Dingo is even smaller but may be easier to manage. I want to get one but am afraid of the size.
I don’t, this is prob the most modern yo-yo I own

Do you find it easy to keep on plane or does it need a lot of finesse?

Put it this way most my yo-yos are the playmaxx ace or around the size of it and this thing is leaps and bounds above the stability of those

More deciding… Do I need another small yoyo? Yoyos similar to this I have are the og Dingo, Executive, and titanium executive. It’s tempting…

It is a stamp.
We stayed with a tapped axle but changed the cup to have a flat floor. This allowed us to use the awesome Dingo stamp in the middle of the hub rather than off to the side.

In the photos I’ve seen here it looks like it’s carved into the aluminum but it’s just tiny and hard to see. I better love it!

Yes it’s a metal stamp. It is essentially cut into the metal.
If you don’t love it, there are plenty of people that will. You should be able to get most of your money back if you really don’t like it. If it’s anything like the og dingo, you’re going to love it. I bet it’s even better than the og.
