We did a random drawing for a YoYoStringLab T-shirt and pkb won.
Here is how to enter:
Post your own made up yoyo haiku. It’s easy, generally it’s 3 short lines, beginning with 5 syllables on the first line, then 7 on the second line, then 5 on the last (sometimes fewer syllables are used).
We won’t be picky on the haiku form at all, no perfect prose needed. So have fun with it and don’t worry. (See the example below.)
You can post more than one haiku, but no more than 2 posts per page including non-haiku posts; otherwise, your posts on that page won’t count.
The cutoff for entries is Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012, at noon Pacific Standard Time.
A reply post will be randomly selected. If that post contains an eligible haiku, then we have a winner. If not, the process will be repeated until we have a winner.
The winner will get to select any one of the YoYoStringLab T-shirts from my website.
The winning T-shirt will be mailed to any U.S. address or International address from this list.
These guidelines may be changed as needed.
Here’s an example haiku: “Got a C last Fall.
Should be deep into homework.
Just one more combo.”
