Does simple tricks to complex tricks work?
E.G cold fusion to something like plan d?
Yeah! Any trick would work if you make it look like it is one trick!! 
Why not? I’ve done weird things like Buddha’s Revenge to Kamikaze.
All you need is a smooth trnasition and it’ll look pretty cool.
I sometimes do matrix then right into suicide then roll into a double or nothing then passing as in going into a 1.5 mount but swinging the yoyo onto the string doubling up before dropping it into a double or nothing, then it becomes something like 2.5 mount
