Hi, one of my initiators makes a clicking sound whenever I throw it, any idea what could’ve caused this? The only thing I can find wrong with it is there the two halves have a little “give” even after tightening. Any idea how to fix it?

Maybe a video would help. Sounds like you might have stripped the plastic around the nut on a half but no idea without seeing what you mean by five and seeing/ hearing the clicking.
Not sure if you can hear it. I think its more obvious at the start
