Chow is THE plug to go with. He’ll smell out where the desireable yoyos are, and will sell them for a more than reasonable, even bargain price. He knows where everything is, from TP, Hydrangea, YYR, and more. Top seller and an overall great guy. I’d buy from him again anytime!
