China reopened its' wet markets, how does that make you feel? (Closed)

It’s just an interview with him, so it’s all opinion I took it. I didn’t know anything about him but thought it was interesting. He’s also been invited to multiple research conferences and such world wide so I thought that was worth reading from his perspective.

TY, I’m not familiar with the Atlantic, it was just the top link to ‘what we knew in November’ search to have something to post as source. There are many others I saw from across the news. I’m not sure which to trust but I would always do my own looking or fact checking.

I’m not advising listening to him or anyone, just posting because I didn’t even know about the guy and thought his involvement was interesting. He’s actually been invited to world wide think tanks and attended was my interest. How a guy that’s just interested in this stuff got world wide invites and attention even on high security level info.

If you’ve read the predictions from the notable science they predicted this by 2021 and some by 2025, so they were not far off. The whole point behind all the data was that we are one world now, not separate nations, when it comes to a virus. It is a global effort and preparedness plan. I look at being prepared the same as personal insurance.

I’m not sure what you mean? I’m not presuming anything just posting on what I heard on the news and the data that shows a jump from animals or a lab being the potential. I took it as animals from anywhere.

Only Cannibals have guests for dinner…

PS… I see plenty of political crap slinging and Blame Game finger pointing in this depressing thread.

I think Andre is letting it ride because so many forum members need to vent their frustrations from all the missteps over the last 3 or 4 months.

Woulda, coulda, shoulda…

Far too late to back up…

Better to focus on what to do next; Ya think?

my, and dr burix’ sentiments, exactly.

I’m more interested in facts than picking sides and knowing history so it doesn’t repeat itself… yadda yadda…

here’s the thing… history is being made every day, hourly… even by the minute. we, or realistically the people that need it most, receive information that will be most valuable as they need it. and, that information is being passed along to the next state, county, etc. to the best of the current ability known. the resources need to be spent doing just that. online judges and juries, and blathering heads are just going to continue to add to the divisiveness, not a solution - a solution to a continuously evolving situation.

i get it, this is a discussion thread. but, as @yoyodoc mentioned, it is meandering into blame game and political territory. and he generally will not add anything to the conversation unless it is pure nonsense that is based on fact, or pure reality based on fact… either way, we should listen.
