Can I fix a yoyo that snags?

I’ve been playing with my new Magicyoyo N6 and it snags, is there anyway I can fix it?

When is it snagging? What kind of string are you using?

There’s a couple things that can contribute to snags, the most important being the trick/element you’re working on, because you can snag almost anything in a backspin mount if you try hard enough.

This is happening with my new MYY Y01 as well! Someone mentioned to clean the ball bearing but I’ve not had a chance to try this yet
