I’m trying this one more time.
I throw left and after about 10 boings the yoyo starts to turn to the left. Everything is lined up and I’m sure I could Boing-E-Boing all day if someone could fix this for me.

bring your non-throwhand slightly to the right or left?
It just pops out.
It happened to me as well when I was learning. I’m pretty sure if you do it more, the problem will stop. Try under and over boingy boing too; different variations of the trick can help you improve your techniques.
