I have a few unresponsives with super narrow gaps, and I also want string that works well with modern ball bearing responsive yoyos like the Sherpa. I have heard some people don’t like regular kitty, but maybe it is better then what I’ve been lead to believe. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Slimmer string is better for unresponsives for smaller gaps. I am a sponsored player for airetic and their slims always blow me away.

I have a bunch of Angel Hair. It takes forever to break-in to a playable state, but then seems to last forever.
It’s super thin, I even use it for my Flea. It works great for it!
A Finch Head knot is almost a necessity to keep your yoyo from doing inadvertent Skyrockets in random directions!
PM, if you’re interested in a few.
Been using markmont formulas on most of my really thin gaps. DRAGON or Blue eyed white dragon works wonderfully.

Markmont Formulas Draken or Drangon if you like stiff and crisp. G-String Solo if you like soft and whippy.
