Hey guys, I figured I’d poke my head back into forum land again today to throw up this warning really quick.
I’ve been getting a bunch of ads for yo-yos on this website called “totafind.com”
(I know it’s against forum policy to link to other shops, but this thread is about exposing this one as a scam. Feel free to take it down/modify as needed)
They had some advertising for good but believable sales on yo-yos stuff. Like Kitty String first class for $22.50 instead of $30. Well priced yo-yos gloves. Things like that.
I checked out the website some more, and found some other good deals on really boutique and obscure yo-yos, surprisingly.
But when I first realized this was a scam, was when I saw them “selling” name brand titanium’s for under $100. Advertising RSO droids for $98.
I then checked their listed address, and saw that it’s some random apartment rental agency in Massachusetts. Also, as of last night, they don’t use PayPal.
So yeah. Clearly a scam, but a well done one in a lot of ways. They have some pretty obscure models up, and do a good job of drawing you in with ads for deals that aren’t too unbelievable. It’s probably run by someone who’s familiar with the yo-yo scene.
I don’t know about you, but I’ll stick to getting my stuff from YoYoExpert
Had I had saw that one and tried finding anything about it and seems like nothing is out there. Then i noticed there are things on there that have been sold out all over for a long while like the loop 2020 and the al el mijos and other really obscure yoyos that i just can’t Imagin how they would have them. I sent them a message from there contact info but no reply. I’m assuming a scam too cause for the prices they are selling things at its too good to be true and honestly how would they make a profit at some of the “discounts” they are throwing out. All screams not a real deal and probably would get a box of rocks if your lucky
Their address is linked to a random apartment complex with no record of a business being run from there according to the complex lol i called and asked.
And yeah they have MG bowls listed at 98$ lol obviously a scam
I did about 5 days ago, I got advertised The Alpine for 98 bucks and it immediately seemed super sketch lol. I looked it up and it’s not even a legit business it looks like it’s ran out of an apartment complex. Glad you posted this, looks like others are being targeted as well
yep ive got a bunch of ads for this site but knew if i would try it i would go for something like 10 bucks and use a virtual card but after digging deeper i decided its not worth throwing away the 10 bucks.

Yes, this is just one piece of a pretty large scam campaign. Don’t harass any of the addresses/numbers on the sites they’re all just randomly pulled from public info.
From a very cursory glance, here’s a list of domains involved (note these are all scams), you’ll pick up on the pattern pretty quickly.
And that’s only the first ones I saw, I think there’s at least 50. Stay safe everyone! Don’t buy products from websites that clearly aren’t run by humans!
I just placed a big order with them after seeing this thread. I mean I know I’ll never get the yoyos and the site is a scam but on the other hand those prices are just too good to pass up.
