Back to school blues

Getting all my stuff together to move in tomorrow. Luckily the only big stuff I have is a rug, couch, fridge, and sound system.

It can be slightly depressing sometimes. Because if thereā€™s a bully, itā€™s gonna happen all over again

Iā€™m still technically still part of the mafia. Iā€™ll be happy to ā€˜helpā€™ you out *wink *wink

Eh, school aint that bad. I start Tuesday but I have had XC practice since August. My favorite part of going back to school would definitely be girlsā€¦ So in a way, I am looking forward to it.

you star school after labor day? Lucky!

I half start tomorrow. My other subjects start next week. But Iā€™m not too bummed, LEARNINGS FUN!!!

For those of you who have still not kicked the back to school blues. I call this one, ā€œHatrick Goes To Schoolā€:

That is so frigginā€™ adorable. Thank you for taking the time to take those pics.

^ Iā€™m glad you enjoyed them Doey. That made it so worth posting. I like the view from the back the best. Looks kinda cute, headed off into the distance, with a book tucked under itā€™s arm. Wellā€¦string that is.

That is so awesome!

Love all the props youā€™ve been using!

As for school:
How was everyoneā€™s first week? (that is if they started after labor day :D)

Or if not, howā€™s your first 2(3?)(4?)(5?)(100?) weeks been

it as good for my second week of school like my teachers seeing a high school foot ball game tonight cant complain.

"Questioner: Why do we find pleasure in our games and not in our studies?

Krishnamurti: For the very simple reason that your teachers do not know how to teach. That is all, there is no very complicated reason for it. You know, if a teacher loves mathematics, or history, or whatever it is they teach, then you also will love that subject, because love of something communicates itself. Donā€™t you know that? If a musician loves to sing and his whole being is in it, doesnā€™t that feeling communicate itself to you who are listening? You feel that you too would like to learn how to sing. But most educators donā€™t love their subject; it has become a bore to them, a routine through which they have to go in order to earn a living. If your teachers really loved to teach, do you know what would happen to you? You would be extraordinary human beings. You would love not only your games and your studies, but also the flowers, the river, the birds, the earth, because you would have this thing vibrating in your hearts; and you would learn much more quickly, your minds would be excellent and not mediocre." ~ J. Krishnamurti from ā€˜Think on These Thingsā€™

Maybe the above will help clarify what I was saying? No special training or techniques needed to have good teachers, just a love of what they do and that love will have its own humility. The egotistical teacher or anyone else, wants to claim itā€™s all about them, while a teacher or anyone else with love and itā€™s humility and genius would say they are only a vessel.

ā€œGenius is by definition a style of consciousness characterized by the ability to access high energy attractor patterns. It is not a personality characteristic. It is not something that a person has, nor even something that someone is. Those in whom we recognize genius commonly disclaim it. A universal characteristic of genius is humility. The genius has always attributed his insights to some higher influence.ā€ ~ Dr. David Hawkins Quotes from ā€˜Power vs. Forceā€™
