It was a WHiP. He machined the hubs out of aluminum, so I doubt it’s an easy mod for anyone.

A spiral satin is where you satin it from the middle out. Look at wildcats guide for satining for more information.
U basically sand the inner part of the yoyo to make a curve going to the outer edge of the throw. It creates a better grinding surface!
