Haha. I was going to say the same thing as Cody.

I don’t know of any knife makers but I have full confidence that @Pun1sh3R could put a nice edge on just about any piece of metal you give him.

The 2 small blades are really thin, wouldn’t recommend a reprofile there. But for the large blade send it to Tom Krein, ask him to do a flat regrind, like on his carving knives. He can sharpen the other two also. Last regrind he did for me was $65.

I’ve found my yoshikane to be best in terms of cutting performance

I’ve got a nakagawa, Kobayashi, kurosaki and Alex horn as well that perform very well.

I got to where I would dry shave with my straight razor because I was always in a hurry to get to work  I can be pretty forgetful and I’d always remember at the last minute. I was pretty good with it, luckily I had used it for a few years at that point

I also have dry shaved with a Straight. But very rarely. Its not the most comfortable thing to do, but gets the job done.

Allen is one of my favorite designers.

Anyone want a chance at my GEC 49 before I list it on the bay? My fishing rod snapped and I’m looking at getting a longer rod for it this year.

Hoping this gets delivered today!

This is probably the best carving Ive ever done. Did this about 25 years ago. Used to be big into power carving.

These are super smooth and really nice. Damascus with the family tanto grind. I recommend.

Hey knife guys! Anyone want a crack at a GEC? Liquidation time is here and I thought maybe someone would appreciate fine jigged bone.

That’s very tempting, great knife but I can’t right now.

I have that Beavercraft chip knife and the spoon gouge. The curved blade is a beach and a half to sharpen LOL! They make some pretty nice stuff though definitely on par with Morakniv.
