They’re fantastic. My friend had a bearing problem with a supernova. So he emailed YYE and they apologized and sent him 2 replacement bearings.
I continue to tell friends to buy from YYE, but they don’t listen. My friend got a yomega maverick off yomegas site and he had the worst bearing I’ve ever seen. It didnt spin! I told him to email them and they said, Oh sorry, you need to buy a new one.

The customer service is phenomenal. Haven’t had any problems with anything I’ve ordered but any questions I’ve emailed through have been replied to very promptly. The only two things preventing me from ordering more stuff from YYE are the shipping cost (which are more than reasonable but still a bit pricey since I live in Australia) and my love for high end Japanese throws XD
