before anyone can answer your question we need to understand what you’re trying to say
I’m pretty sure that he means an adjustable response yoyo (like the Velocity, 401SD, etc) that had hubstacks.
To answer this question, I do not think so. I’m also not sure if it’s very possible without compromising the structural integrity of the yoyo.
