I’ve been throwing for around six years and have decided I should now take the plunge into learning horizontals. I’ve watched a few tutorials etc, but keen for your collective wisdom to lay your tips down for me.
My biggest issue at the moment is the throw not staying horizontal.
I would say just keep on trying start with the big mounts … double or nothing , trapeze , 1.5 mounts then when you get good at the mounts start trying to expand tricks from that mount.
Keep those hands and elbows up! Also try keeping your hands closer together. These will help manage tilt. I find practicing something at a 45° helps me get an idea for what I should be doing before I start going for it full horizontal.
