I would like to get a yoyo that can do all the classic/beginner tricks, for a cheap price and preferably low maintenance. Does anyone know what yoyo meets this criteria?

Classic and beginner tricks? Hard to beat the fun you can have with a Duncan Mosquito.
Classic comes with o ring response which doesn’t really need replacing like sili pad or o ring response. Also full size and low walled with a slim bearing to keep it responsive. Easily the best option I’d say.
