When do you guys think that someone will show up to a major contest and throw a fixed axle for 1A?
I keep thinking (and hoping) that Jensen would enter a contest and use a one of the fixed axles he’s made ;D

I have the old one and it’s great. I don’t like “fixed” axles though that can’t be unscrewed, since I’m bound to crack or burn through it soon.

Yeah, I think that is going to go down as a classic yoyo, right up there with the No Jive and Butterfly.
I’ve been wondering though if there will be a 2015 eH? There was a 2012, 2013 & 2014. Not sure though what could be improved on such an awesome yoyo already.
I say they reproduce the 2014 and engrave it “2015” or “we just had to…” With the dots. Haha.
I’ve got as new 2015 model sitting in my mailbox. If I find time between weekly meal prep and throwing that beauty, I’ll try and let everyone know what I think. I haven’t played the old one, but it looks like the walls are higher on this one. That is what kept me from buying the older model.
I am probably a bigger TMBR fan boy than a CLYW fan boy, so I’ll say this… my Irving is my least favorite TMBR. Not saying it’s bad, I just prefer the size of the Moxon, Eh, Sullivan or even the Turner… they are all great.
I enjoy my Irving, but it’s not the one I reach for mostly.
Eh, Moxon, Turner, in that order.

Modified one of my Butterfly’s today. Added a wood axle and removed one of the sides starburst response. Once the glue dries I’ll let you know how it plays.

I would say a Sullivan will get you pretty close to the 2014 EH and that’s a great throw that you’ll grow into. I’d recommend that one.
The Turner is very close to the older EHs.
What do you like? If you like bigger throws, an Irv is the answer. You really can’t go wrong with any of them. The baldwin, guess it’s ok, but spin time is pretty weak.
