Since my north star was having trouble with the spin time. Yo yo expert told me to tighten it as much as i could until the black arrow. But when I did that, the axle actually made a hole through the caps. Since I told them. they have not responded for 4 days. The telephone number doesn’t work either.
Have you considered that this was a holiday weekend?
This has happened to me to, I just bought a new one and have yet to unscrew it.
this happened 2 my atmosphere cuz i left out tthe bearing
4 day before and 2 days now. As in before the holidays.
Even so, when will they be availible again? By email.
Be patient. I’m sure they’ll get to you eventually. And that is bad advice… generally speaking, don’t overtighten…

I know… that’s why I said bad advice. But if you want to cover all bases… maybe an email to YYF? Although it’s not really their fault… but just in case… and maybe they can help too!
