North star not sleeping long enough

I have a north star.

It has a little crack barely noticable, and does not affect the play.
The spacers has many dents .
The bearing is okay.
and my response is flowable silicone.

And the black arrows that aligns the yo yo…
I can’t align it.
If i close it all the way, the caps will pop out and crack.
That’s about it.

My North star can only sleep for 1 minutes MAX, barely 1 minute sometime.

what should i tell them? And wut wuld be the point in contacting them?

If you bought at yye they may be able to fix or send you a new northstar

Yoyofactory will probably give you an apology and help you out

YYF would be the people to call or email. They have superior customer service.

Yoyoexpert could help to. Just in case, I would try them too.

  1. the arrows arent supposed to align perfectly. When you unscrew it once, it makes it impossible to get them perfect.
  2. The problem could be your throw. Can you get higher sleep times on other yoyos?
  3. Maybe the spacers are halting the bearing’s spin. Maybe get replacements here YoYoFactory Spacers – YoYoExpert
    4)Northstars have a tendancy to crack. For this reason, still contact Yoyofactory.

Okay, well yoyoexpert didn’t help at all. All they said was to check if I used too much thin lube.
My throws are perfect.
And spacers… don’t think I can get them. It’s a bit expensive. Since it is 4.99 plus tax, and shipping fee is about 5 dollars for me…
Mom thinks it’s a rip off for me. So I’m only allowed to buy yo yos
