Who plays 5A if u do what is your set up.
I play 5A and got 8th Place at the National Yoyo Contest this year. My setup for that contest was:
GN Yoyo Co Phoenix Prototype (7075), YYE poly cut short, rubber ball counterweight (to make up for the huge 71g weight of the yoyo)
I also enjoy the below setups:

CLYW Cliff, YYE poly cut short, dice
GN Yoyo Co Phoenix Prototype (6061), YYE poly cut short, dice
GN 7075 Phoenix, rubber ball, CTX bearing, OD flow groove pads. kitty 1.5 nylon
YYF Replay Pro, skull, V-shaped bearing, Monkey Snot, Kitty nylon
Duncan Barracuda, dice, Konkave bearing, YYF white pads, Kitty 1.5 nylon (sold my barracuda, but this is still an amazing setup)

Plastic plus a bouncy ball so I stand less of a chance of hurting anybody or anything. Daydream or Classic. Polyester string on the longer side. I don’t do a lot of 5A, but it is a fun feeling to have everything in motion and under control.
Freakhand 2 with a red dice, i would use something else if i had something else to use
