I’m pretty sure he means the 1 1/2 Mount, as used in Buddha’s Revenge.
Start like a double or nothing, and after the yoyo goes around your throwhand, it should wrap around your throwhand again, and go into the top string. It helps if you hold your freehand higher up, so the strings are vertical. This helps the yoyo go into the string smoothly.
go around nonthrough hand pointer then through hand pointer then hit the string above it ang back over through hand pointer
