i would like to lube my velocity but how do i get to the bearing have have the newest velocity not the old thank you

If you want to lobe just buy a lube and put a drop of lube in the bearing.
If you want to clean the bearig remove it and clean with some thinner.
What do you have to do? Please explain it.
